Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 ml light soy sauce
  • 65 ml all purpose soy
  • 125 ml oyster sauce
  • 65 ml Chinese wine (or dry sherry)
  • 40 g cornstarch / cornflour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, toasted
  • 1 - 2 tsp ground white pepper
